Sipblind provides sensory evaluation workshops, blind beverage tastings, and hospitality staff training for corporate clients. Our services include the curation of educational olfactory and palate-training experiences, event logistics management, and masterclass delivery by professional sommeliers and sensory experts. All services are provided subject to these terms.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding event objectives, participant numbers, dietary restrictions, and venue details at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible and suitable for the agreed activities. Any changes to participant numbers or event scope must be communicated in writing and may affect pricing and availability.
All materials provided during workshops, including tasting notes, aroma wheels, presentation slides, and proprietary sensory evaluation frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Sipblind. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. The Sipblind name and logo may not be used in promotional materials without approval.
Sipblind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, or participant dissatisfaction. Our total liability for any claim related to a single event is limited to the total fee paid for that event. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own event insurance for participant-related incidents.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days incur a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. Sipblind reserves the right to modify event content or substitute personnel due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the overall quality and educational value are maintained.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other clients, participants, or our staff. Upon termination, the client's right to use our services ceases immediately, and any outstanding fees remain payable.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on our website.
