Feedback from event planners and participants who experienced our blind tasting and palate-training sessions.
“Our media launch needed something beyond a standard cocktail hour. Sipblind designed a blind olive oil and wine tasting that tied directly to our brand story. The team was engaged, the logistics were flawless, and the sensory evaluation sheets became a talking point for weeks.”
Clara M.
Head of Events, Vintner Collective
“We wanted to train our hospitality staff on flavor profiling and regional ingredients. The masterclass on heirloom grains and single-origin cacao was eye-opening. Our team now confidently describes tasting notes to guests. Practical, memorable, and expertly paced.”
Daniel K.
Operations Director, The Gilded Table
“The blind tasting format removed all preconceptions and got our sales team talking openly about flavor, texture, and aroma. It was a brilliant metaphor for how we approach product discovery. The sommeliers were knowledgeable and kept the energy high.”
Priya S.
VP of Brand, Terra & Vine
