Frequently asked questions

What types of beverages do you feature in blind tastings?

We work with wine, craft spirits, specialty coffee, single-origin cacao, and artisanal non-alcoholic infusions. Each session is curated around a theme — regional terroir, production method, or ingredient story — and tailored to your group’s experience level.

How long does a typical corporate workshop last?

Most sessions run between 90 minutes and three hours, depending on the number of samples and depth of sensory training. We also offer half-day masterclasses for teams that want to dive into aroma wheels, palate calibration, and structured scoring.

Do you provide all the equipment and materials?

Yes. We handle glassware, tasting mats, aroma kits, palate cleansers, scoring sheets, and any printed reference materials. Our team arrives with everything needed so your venue only needs to provide tables and seating.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or non-alcoholic preferences?

Absolutely. We design inclusive experiences with alcohol-free pairings, juice flights, and food-safe aroma exercises. All dietary needs are discussed during the initial consultation and built into the tasting plan.

How do you tailor a session for a media launch versus a team-building day?

For media launches, we focus on storytelling and product differentiation — guests learn to identify key flavour notes and production details that make the product newsworthy. For team-building, the emphasis shifts to collaborative blind tasting, group discussion, and friendly scoring competitions that encourage communication and curiosity.
